Global Instructor of the Quarter.
Mike Bouffard
Mr. Bouffard is a graduate of Columbia College, with
over 35 years experience in the Telecommunications Industry. He has
specialized in the transmission, toll, carrier and special services arenas.
Mr. Bouffard is a gifted communicator, Instructor, Project Manager and
is skilled in the art of course development. During his telecommunications
tenure he worked with GPS, SBC, and Alcatel USA in various capacities with
emphasis on human performance improvement, telecommunication training
programs and curriculum development.
Experience
Presently Instructor/Developer at Global Professional
Services, Mr. Bouffard leads our digital transmission telecommunications
training effort in course development and instruction.
Mr. Bouffard began his career with SBC Inc. where he
served in capacities of Technician, Instructor, Manager, Supervisor and
Performance Consultant. His passions for sharing knowledge lead him to spend
a significant portion of his career improving the technical skills of
people.
Mr. Bouffard maximized his expertise in training and
performance improvement developing and teaching some of the following
courses;

Global becomes BICSI corporate member.
Global strives to offer the best course curriculums
available. In an effort to continuously improve our courses, Global joined
BICSI, an association which focuses on the provision of quality course
offerings. The telecommunications program at BICSI has reviewed our course
curriculums and approved them for continuing education credits for their
membership. As a corporate member Global was asked to present one of our
courses at the Winter Conference in Orlando in 2005. Global presented an
Installers course "Telephony Network Overview" which featured Mr. Pete
Oreszko a gifted speaker, instructor and one of our veteran
telecommunication subject matter experts. Global looks forward to a lasting
relationship with BICSI.
